Price and order
The price stated at the time of ordering is the current price. All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. We reserve the right for delivery failures with subcontractors, tax changes and printing errors. A binding purchase agreement has not been entered into until you have received an order confirmation from ByBoving.com. We endeavor to respond within 24 hours, but there may be longer response times at weekends and holiday periods.
You can pay with Dankort, Visa Dankort and Mastercard. We do not offer bank transfer or payment via PayPal. We use Nets as a payment intermediary. We do not charge card fees. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
We only deliver to Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. As well as certain EU countries. Shipping costs are added to the price of the image. We use GLS to handle the logistics. You should expect that it can take up to 14 days from placing the order until the item is with you. You will receive a track and trace link by email as soon as the image is produced, packed and on its way to you.
Right of cancellation:
If it is a matter of ordering prints in standard dimensions without assembly, there is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Return costs are your own responsibility. Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notice must be given by mail at email@example.com. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If we produce the image to special order (special size and/or mounting), unfortunately the item cannot be exchanged. If there is an error in the order, we will work with you to find the cause of the error and thus agree on a good solution.
Right of complaint:
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified (e.g. that the picture was damaged during transport), this means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. We prefer that you document complaints with pictures sent to us via the contact form – there is no reason to return a damaged picture as we cannot repair or resell it.
Should the delivery be prevented in whole or in part due to force majeure, this exempts ByBoving I/S from any responsibility. Force majeure includes i.a. labor disputes, war, civil war, blockade, blockades, political unrest, government intervention, lack of fuel, or other external circumstances affecting the delivery of the products sold.
Personal data policy:
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, delivery address, email and phone number. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. We pass on information to our business partners regarding production and logistics, but only the data that is necessary to be able to get the product manufactured and sent to your chosen delivery address. The personal information is registered with ByBoving.com and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection. The data controller at ByBoving.com and ByBoving.dk is CVR no 41494735. You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us via the contact form.
